These terms

These terms govern your use of azmoyachts.com and any brokerage services provided by Azmo Yachts International. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Listing information

Listing particulars are provided in good faith and are believed to be correct at the time of publication. They are not guaranteed, do not form part of any contract, and are offered subject to prior sale, price change, charter or withdrawal without notice.

Specifications, dimensions, engine hours and equipment lists should be independently verified. We strongly recommend that any purchaser commissions an independent survey and sea trial before committing to a purchase.

Our role

We act as a yacht broker. Unless we state otherwise in writing, we act on behalf of the seller in a sale transaction and are not a party to the contract between buyer and seller.

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, financial advice, tax advice or legal advice. You should obtain independent professional advice appropriate to your circumstances.

Pricing and currency

Prices are shown in the currency stated on each listing and exclude VAT and other duties unless expressly stated. VAT status shown on a listing is as reported to us and must be independently confirmed. Currency conversions shown anywhere on the site are indicative only.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers or connected systems.
• Do not scrape, harvest, republish or systematically extract listing content, images or data without our prior written consent.
• Do not submit false, misleading or fraudulent enquiries or yacht submissions.
• Do not introduce malicious code or attempt to disrupt the availability of the service.

Content you submit

When you submit a yacht for sale, you confirm that you are the owner or are authorised to act on behalf of the owner, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you hold the necessary rights in any photographs or documents you upload.

You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that material for the purpose of valuing, presenting and marketing the yacht. You may withdraw that licence by contacting us, subject to material already in circulation.

Intellectual property

The design, text, photography, structure and software of this site are owned by Azmo Yachts International or licensed to it. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not otherwise copy, adapt, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the site without written permission.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of the site for business or operational reasons, and will give reasonable notice where we can.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of the site or reliance on listing information.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Principality of Monaco, and the courts of Monaco have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence where required by law.
